Role: Senior Interior designer

Role Summary

The Person will work on multiple projects to ensure the end-to-end delivery of Desing & operational activities, And that the site execution is as per the planned timelines and maintains quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Space Planning:** Assisting in creating floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of space.

2. **Material Selection:** Helping choose materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept.

3. **Research:** Conducting research on design trends, products, and suppliers to stay updated on industry developments.

4. **Drafting and Visualization:** Using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create drawings, 3D models, and renderings of design concepts.

5. **Sample Coordination:** Ordering and organizing material and product samples for client presentations.

6. **Site Visits:** Visiting project sites to assess progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

7. **Documentation:** Maintaining project documentation, including design plans, specifications, and schedules.

8. **Collaboration:** Working closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.

9. **Problem Solving:** Identifying and resolving design and construction issues as they arise.

10. **Presentation:** Preparing visual presentations and mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients.

11. **Continuing Education:** Keeping up with industry trends and pursuing further education or certifications in interior design.

Requirements:

Education: Interior Design Degree or Diploma
Good communication – written and verbal
Ability to create a project schedule and track activities against it
Ability to work with CAD and 3D Softwares
Good with Research
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
