We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our team.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at Visioncraft Interiors based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, interior design, working drawings and FF&E creating inspiring and functional spaces for clients. You will lead design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that each phase of the project aligns with client expectations and is delivered on time.
Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis: Meet with clients to determine their goals and project requirements. Translate these needs into design concepts and actionable plans.
Space Planning & Design Development: Create space plans that are functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing. Develop detailed interior design concepts, including material selection, FF&E, color schemes, layout designs and all working drawings including but not limited to false ceiling, electrical, hvac, plumbing, modular and manual wood work. Taking care of creating entire 2D drawings and 3D renders required for each project. Going to site visits for taking measurements and client’s detailed requirements.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers and supervisors, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient work processes throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with the factory and site team to ensure the perfect execution as per the finalised design.
Budgeting & Cost Estimation: Determine project costs, create budgets, and manage resources effectively to stay within financial constraints. Provide accurate estimates for project completion.
Research & Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the interior design industry to ensure cutting-edge and innovative solutions are applied to every project.
Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate the artistic vision clearly and effectively with all stakeholders involved.
Job Requirements:

Experience:A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in residential & commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Should have sound experience in handling the premium & luxury clients.
Education:An architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Project Management Skills:Proven experience in managing and completing multiple design projects simultaneously. Ability to handle 4-5 projects at a time and meet deadlines efficiently.
Design Skills & Software Proficiency:Proficient in computational design and design software such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Handson proficiency on Infurnia software will be a plus. Strong creative, imaginative, and artistic skills to deliver innovative design solutions. Proficient in taking site measurements, draughting the full fledged working drawings compatible with both modular, manual carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and all related categories as per the industry standards.
Client Handling:Experience in working directly with clients, including understanding their requirements, offering design solutions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and the team effectively. Confident and compelling communication skills, with a proficiency in Telugu, English & Hindi is mandatory. Skill to drive the team in a positive manner. Patient, Professional and polite communication is mandatory with clients.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects on time, maintaining high standards of quality.
Other Requirements:

Mandatory 6 day working week with week-off on sunday. Should be ready to work on Sundays by taking leave on alternate days when required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
