Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Society Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Society Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient administration of residential societies, including financial management, vendor coordination, and community engagement. Daily tasks will involve maintenance oversight, managing society records, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving residents’ complaints, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Experience in vendor coordination and contract management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement
Proficient in property maintenance and technical management
Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving in residential settings
Proven organizational and administrative capabilities
Familiarity with society management software and technology
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in facility or society management is a plus
