Job Description – Staff Nurse
Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Kompally, Hyderabad
Number of Openings: 3
Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)
Salary Package:
Junior Staff Nurse: ₹20,000 per month
Senior Incharge Staff Nurse: ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 1–5 years (preferably in IVF, gynaecology, or maternity care)
Gender Preference: Female preferred
Job Overview:
We are looking for qualified and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team in Kompally, Hyderabad. The selected candidates will provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing IVF treatments, gynecological procedures, and maternity care. The role requires a combination of clinical expertise, patient support, and adherence to medical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Assistance:
Assist doctors in IVF procedures, gynecological surgeries, and ultrasound scans.
Administer injections, medications, and IV fluids as per medical instructions.
Monitor and record patient vitals, treatment progress, and medical history.
Provide pre- and post-treatment care to patients.
Clinical Support:
Assist with ultrasound procedures, blood sample collection, and catheterization.
Handle emergency cases, post-operative recovery, and maternity care.
Assist in Operation Theatre (OT) procedures, including laparoscopic surgeries.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Counseling & Documentation:
Educate patients on fertility treatments, medication usage, and post-procedure care.
Address patient queries and provide emotional support during treatment.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per NABH standards.
Coordinate with lab staff for sample collection and test results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) with valid registration.
Experience: 1–5 years (preferably in IVF, gynecology, maternity care, or OT nursing).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of IVF injections, fertility treatments, and ultrasound assistance.
Experience in handling surgical procedures and emergency cases.
Proficiency in patient documentation and medical record-keeping.
