Job Description – Technical Support Executive
Company: Jetking Technologies
Location: Mumbai, Andheri East
No. of Positions: 12
Remuneration: ₹20,000 CTC (₹16,000 Net Take Home)
Work Mode: Onsite (No Work from Home)
Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Must be willing to work on weekends, with one weekly off)
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: B.Sc. IT Freshers OR B.Sc. Graduates with Certification in Hardware & Networking
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hardware and networking is mandatory
Other Requirements: Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical and non-technical support by coordinating with different teams for smooth operations.
Handle on-call assistance for troubleshooting hardware and networking issues.
Perform basic Excel activities, including data entry and report generation.
Ensure timely closure of service tickets and maintain accurate records.
Offer real-time support to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze system performance, escalating issues as required.
Utilize MS Office tools effectively for documentation and reporting.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Note:
Candidates must be open to working on Saturdays & Sundays.
Work-from-home is not available for this role.
