About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of managerial and technical expertise, capable of driving innovation and managing complex projects. This role requires a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery of mobile and web applications.
Own the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
Conduct technical discussions with development teams to evaluate effort, timelines, and quality of app delivery.
Manage backend integration, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and gateways.
Implement coding standards, code quality improvements, and vulnerability mitigation processes.
Drive tech transformation and upgrades, ensuring the adoption of best practices in app development, release, support, monitoring, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
Utilize cloud concepts (Azure/AWS), microservices, and resource provisioning/optimization.
Work on product engineering, innovation, product/tools evaluation, and support.
Participate in AMS projects and ITSM processes.
Improve customer experience through app stability, UI enhancements, integration approaches, and the latest tech concepts.
Experience
6-12 years in technical management role
Qualifications
Industry Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Management degree is a plus
6-12 years of experience in a technical management role.
Proven track record of leading successful tech transformation projects and app development initiatives.
