Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and call quotas as assigned.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Tamil / Hindi / etc. as applicable].
Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using MS Excel/CRM tools.
Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
Ability to speak multiple regional languages.
Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems.
