FUNCTIONAL
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
BEHAVIOURAL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with active listening skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet call targets.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales inquiries and follow-ups.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide information about company products and services.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on leads.
Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding order status, quotations, and other relevant details.
Conduct initial screening of potential leads and pass on qualified leads to the sales team.
Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns and queries promptly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the management.
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities through telecalling efforts.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve services and sales processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
