Role: Telesales Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000
Shift: Day (9AM – 6PM)

Job description:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Sales Tele Caller for our Ed-Tech company. No prior experience in Ed-Tech is required, briefing and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system.
Negotiate and close sales deals over the telephone.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Ability to build relationships with clients/learners.
High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s or higher degree
Plus point – Qualification/certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
