Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development of a premium range of customised curtains, curtain panels, and cushions with a focus on print and embroidery.
Client Interaction: Design Consultation with high-end customers to understand their specific requirements, aesthetics, and spaces. Present tailored design concepts, mood boards and execute approved designs with precision.
Collaborate with fabric suppliers, artisans (karigars), and production teams for seamless execution. Inspect and refine samples and finished products.
Trend & Market Research: Stay updated on market trends in home decor and textiles. Incorporate innovative designs and techniques to create unique, market-relevant collections in Customised Curtains and Wallcoverings
Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or Interior Design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or embroidery tools designing. Expertise in fabric printing techniques (screen, digital) and embroidery (manual and machine).
Creative & Managerial Skills: Ability to conceptualize and execute premium designs for a niche clientele. Strong organizational skills to manage production, sampling, and client deliveries.
Experience :- 1 – 2 years of experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
