✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / relevant training role
✅ Flexible with rotational week-offs & shifts
✅ Strong command over product & process to confidently interact with clients
✅ Hands-on experience in handling NHT (New Hire Training) & OJT (On-the-Job Training)
✅ Solid understanding of Training KPIs, TNI, TNA & performance metrics
