The role involves end-to-end ownership of service delivery, technical support, and coordination for sales-related activities within the Fixed Line Data (FLD) business. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all service and support-related activities at the customer site Provide on-site coordination for Fixed Line Data services (Internet Leased Line, MPLS, etc.) Ensure timely incident management, First level troubleshooting, and resolution as per SLAs Coordinate with internal teams (NOC, backend support, customer and field teams) for issue resolution Monitor network performance and ensure service uptime and quality delivery Support sales teams in customer engagement, requirement gathering, and solution discussions Assist in service provisioning, testing, and handover to the customer Maintain proper documentation of tickets, service reports, and customer interactions Drive customer satisfaction by proactive communication and regular updates Ensure adherence to deliverables and contractual commitments Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of: Basic understanding of routers, modems, and last-mile connectivity Good understanding of incident and service management processes Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic MS Excel skills Ability to work independently at customer location Preferred Skills: o Basic exposure to sales coordination or customer relationship management o Coordination involving delivery of new business links. o Networking concepts knowledge is an advantage. Job Location: Noida The ORAN C&I Support Engineer has the roles defined below; ODD (Office Dependent configuration data) for RAN Elements creation Coordination with Customer and HQ for Troubleshooting, Bug Fixes and so on. Technical support for deployment as well as expertise in providing Triaging support with 3rd party OEMs [CaaS and COTS] Deep understanding of deployment and troubleshooting issues at CaaS Platforms such as Windriver / AWS / OCP etc. Good understanding & working experience in handling configurations / troubleshooting issues on COTS Hardware Interface with customers regarding the RAN technology and technical deployment topics and issues Responsibilites Strong knowledge in GSM, 4G and 5G Network Architecture, Call-flows, Protocol stacks, features, functionality and Network Slicing Fundamentals are mandatory Hands-on Experience in troubleshooting RAN-related faults (including Air Interface) is expected Good working knowledge of open RAN and virtualization concepts CKA certification is preferred.
