Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Identify and approach potential clients to offer tailored logistics solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address inquiries.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote logistics services, focusing on sea and air freight.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Analyze data to inform and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Sales and Marketing Reporting:
Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and marketing reports for management review.
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics industry, specifically in sea and air freight.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry-specific trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
