Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operational activities related to NVOCC shipments, including documentation, booking, cargo handling, and delivery.* Liaise with various stakeholders, including slot operators, agents, freight forwarders, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.* Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading or Delivery order and other required documents.* Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve inquiries, and address any operational issues.* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.* Coordinate with customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers.* Monitor and track shipment statuses using the company’s online systems and tools, and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.* Handle and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, and claims, in a timely and effective manner.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.* Stay informed about industry regulations, shipping trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes.
