Job Title: Psychologist

Job Summary:
The psychologist provides therapeutic services to individuals or groups, conducts psychological assessments, and contributes to mental health research. The psychologist helps clients manage emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges by using evidence-based therapeutic methods, and works closely with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual or group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.
Perform psychological assessments and evaluations, including diagnostic testing, to understand clients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide counseling services and help clients develop coping strategies and improve emotional well-being.
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs and progress.
Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, or counselors, to deliver comprehensive care.
Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and techniques in psychology to provide the best care possible.
Offer support and guidance for stress management, conflict resolution, and behavioral issues in different settings (e.g., schools, workplaces, hospitals).
Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent).
Valid state licensure as a psychologist (if required).
Strong understanding of psychological theories, therapeutic techniques, and diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess clients’ needs and create appropriate treatment plans.
Experience with specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc.) is preferred.
Salary: 25k- 30k (monthly)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
