🎯 Job Role:
Build market share within the assigned territory through robust distribution networks by actively engaging with dealers, distributors, fabricators, carpenters, influencers, builders, contractors, and government agencies to drive demand and long-term business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets for products, distributors, towns, and territories

✅ Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fabricators

✅ Expand distribution networks as per town-wise targets

✅ Execute market visits as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)

✅ Build strong relationships with distributors, builders, contractors, carpenters, and government agencies

✅ Analyze sales performance, distributor productivity, and market trends

✅ Monitor competitor activities and implement strategic sales initiatives

✅ Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

✅ Follow up on dispatches, payments, and customer concerns

✅ Maintain and submit monthly sales reports and market updates

🎓 Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks
• First Class (60% and above) in 10th & 12th is mandatory

Salary Upto 35000/- + PF ESI & incentives

💼 Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• English
