JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES MANAGER
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of real estate Channel Partners, Direct Sales Teams, developing sales strategies, motivating their team to achieve sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, providing training and support, and ensuring successful property listings and sales within a designated area, all while maintaining client relationships and market knowledge.
Key responsibilities of Sales Manager:
Sales Team Leadership:
l Recruit, hire, and onboard new Channel Partners and internal Sale Team.
l Set individual and team sales goals and quotas.
l Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to Channel Partners and internal Team.
l Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.
Sales Strategy Development:
l Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
l Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
l Create lead generation initiatives and manage lead distribution.
l Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Pipeline Management:
l Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
l Identify potential issues in the sales process and address them proactively.
l Coordinate with agents & team to ensure timely follow-ups and client communication.
Client Relationship Management:
l Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication throughout the sales process.
l Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
l Provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.
l Interact with CRM service provider on a regular basis to address any software related issues
Training and Development:
l Conduct regular sales training sessions on market knowledge, listing presentations, negotiation techniques, Objection handling and legal compliance.
l Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to share knowledge with the team.
Reporting and Analysis:
l Generate detailed sales reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
l Analyze sales data to identify patterns and make informed decisions about sales strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements:
l Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
l MBA preferred
l Seven to ten years of over all sales experience.
l Two to three years of experience as sales manager in Real Estate selling Luxury Villas /Apartments would be an advantage
l Proven track record of excellent sales performance
l Language proficiency in English,Telugu & Hindi is a must
Compensation:
Salary will be at par with the industry and will be in the range of Rs.10 – 14 Lakhs per annum + PLI ( Performance Linked Incentives )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12-24 months
Pay: Up to ₹1,250,000.00 per year
