We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales 📍 Location: Kolkata-Sector V 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year 💰 Salary: (Based on Experience) + Incentives male prefered 🔹 Role Overview In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients through field sales efforts, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term partnerships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field prospecting. Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers. Present products/services and customize solutions for business clients Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback. 🔹 Requirements 1– 3 years of experience in B2B field sales / business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to engage with business owners and key stakeholders. Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
