Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion. The role requires a blend of engineering expertise and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad/Delhi (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with the project management team.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct technical assessments to ensure project feasibility and regulatory compliance.
2. Coordination & Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients, highlighting risks and issues.
3. Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance:

Ensure engineering designs and solutions meet industry standards and project specifications.
Supervise the development of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct quality audits and inspections to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
4. Budget & Schedule Management:

Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Ensure timely project completion, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
5. Team Leadership & Problem Solving:

Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Identify potential technical and operational challenges and develop proactive solutions.
Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team efficiency and project success.
6. Post-Project Review & Reporting:

Oversee the project closeout process, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Evaluate project performance and document lessons learned for future improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
3-5 years of experience in engineering or project management with hands-on involvement in technical projects.
Skills & Certifications:

Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving and risk management expertise.
Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Primavera, or relevant engineering certifications.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
