Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Autoverse Mobility Private Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the aftermarket auto parts sector. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills to effectively promote and sell our auto parts solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for aftermarket auto parts.
● Identify and establish new customer accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
● Present product offerings to potential customers and provide them with detailed information about features and benefits.
● Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals and maximize sales opportunities.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
● Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s system.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent the company and promote our auto parts solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in auto parts sales.
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Strong knowledge of aftermarket auto parts and the automotive industry.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
● Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
● Familiarity with softwares for managing customer interactions and sales activities.
● Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
● Understanding of the Bangalore automotive market and local customer preferences is a plus.
● Communication languages preferred: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & English
