Job Title: Primary Mathematics Teacher
Location: Sanskriti School, Undri Campus
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in a similar role
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics / Education with B.Ed.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our esteemed CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
Provide individual and group instruction to cater to different learning abilities.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure a disciplined and conducive classroom environment.
Incorporate digital tools and technology to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education with a B.Ed.
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to use educational technology effectively.
Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
Creativity and patience to handle primary school students.
Preferred Qualifications:

CTET qualification is an added advantage.
Experience with activity-based learning and differentiated instruction.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and smart classroom technology.
Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards and experience.
