Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll, HRMS & Operational Efficiency

Manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Administer and maintain the HRMS, ensuring accurate employee records and effective utilization of HR technology.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders on payroll and employee-related matters.
Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee data with appropriate confidentiality.
2. Hiring & Workforce Planning

Develop hiring plans aligned with business requirements and workforce budgets. Partner with management to understand current and future manpower requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Monitor recruitment costs and ensure hiring activities remain aligned with approved budgets.
Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
3. HR Policy Development & Alignment

Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure HR policies are aligned with organizational objectives and applicable employment requirements.
Communicate policies effectively to employees and managers. Periodically review policies and recommend improvements based on organizational needs and employee feedback.
4. Employee Feedback, Check-ins & Engagement

Establish regular employee feedback and check-in mechanisms.
Support employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor employee sentiment and identify areas requiring HR intervention.
Promote effective communication between employees and management.
5. KPI & Performance Reviews

Coordinate and administer the employee performance management process.

Develop and monitor KPIs in collaboration with managers and employees.
Facilitate periodic performance reviews, goal setting, and performance discussions.
Maintain performance records and ensure timely completion of review cycles.
Support managers in identifying performance improvement and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Education

Master’s degree in Human Resources / Human Resource Management or a related field, with specialization in HR preferred.
Relevant professional certifications in HR, payroll, or HR technology would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HRMS.
