Property acquisition manager: Onboarding villas
Salary uptoo 30,000 + Incentives
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Property Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our property portfolio across various cities in India.
Prerequisites:
Experience: Prior 3 years experience in business development, property acquisition, or sourcing. Managing department for a hospitality brand.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for Property scouting, onboarding and audits
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the identification and strategic acquisition of properties across various states in India.
– Actively search for and travel to identify suitable properties aligned with business needs across targeted regions.
– Establish and maintain high-level relationships with property owners to negotiate favorable deals and long-term agreements.
– Oversee and ensure accuracy in all documentation and legal processes related to property registration and transactions.
– Supervise the drafting and review of contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal compliance.
– Manage and coordinate periodic property audits to ensure adherence to operational and regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
