We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidates who enjoys sourcing, connecting with candidates, and closing requirement positions efficiently. 📍 Location: Visakhapatnam – Akkayyapalem / Gajuwaka 🕒 Experience: 6 months to 2 years 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for Overseas Requirement. • Post jobs on portals and other platforms • Source candidates through portals, references & networking • Screen and shortlist suitable profiles • Conduct initial HR interviews & coordinate with hiring managers • Maintain recruitment trackers in MS Excel • Ensure timely follow-ups and closures 🔹 What We’re Looking For: • Experience in recruitment & candidate sourcing • Should able to speak English and Hindi • Strong communication and coordination skills • Good knowledge of job portals & MS Excel • Strong passion and genuine interest in the recruitment field. • Able to work independently and expand network of database.
