Description
Assist in day-to-day administrative and office support activities
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document movement
Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors as required
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms
Support housekeeping activities and coordinate with external housekeeping staff if needed
Manage office supplies and assist in stock maintenance
Assist with errands, courier handling, and inter-department coordination
Ensure office hygiene and upkeep on a daily basis
