Researcher

Responsibilities:

· Conduct telephonic surveys/interviews through Telephone.

· Meet daily and weekly targets.

· Ensure quality data collection and maintain confidentiality.

· Work in any shift, day or night, as per the project requirements.

· Attend a 7 working days training period, which will be paid after completing 3 months.

· Receive performance-based incentives, which will be Monthly / Project basis calculated and paid.

· Be between 30 to 35 years of age.

· Have at least 1 year of internationaloutbound calling experience.

· Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with a full day of 9.5 hours.

· Females should be ready to work any shift between 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM for 9:30 hrs.

· Have the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

. Salary-16k to 30k (depends on experience & skills)

Requirements:

· Fluent in English.

· Strong communication skills.

· Experience in international outbound calling for at least 1 year.
