Job description: Description Perform troubleshooting for issues related to printers, routers & windows for our US & Canadian customers through remote access tools like Anydesk, Teamviewer & Ultraviewer. Preferred candidates: 1. Experienced candidates only2. Excellent communication skills3. Ability to handle customers4. Technical US experience of min 1 year is must5. Should have technical knowledge of fixing issues for printers, router & windows6. Candidate should be from tricity & comfortable with night shift7.
