Role & responsibilities

Primary Skill SACM, CMDB
Secondary Skills IT Support, Collaboration, ServiceNow and Discovery Engines

Proven experience in managing a CMDB or related configuration management processes within an ITSM framework.
Familiarity with ServiceNow tool.
Knowledge of ITIL principles, particularly around Configuration Management and Change Management.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, databases, applications, and cloud environments.
Familiarity with automation and data integration techniques for CMDB management.
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to analyse

and interpret CMDB data to generate meaningful insights.
