CRM & Telephony Implementation ExpertCompany: SolarSquare EnergyLocation: Pune / MumbaiExperience: 6–10 YearsWork Mode: Full-time | On-siteJob Type: Full-time About SolarSquare SolarSquare is building the technology backbone of its sales engine and is looking for a hands-on CRM & Telephony Implementation Expert to own and scale its CRM + telephony ecosystem. The immediate mandate is to integrate Ozonetel with SolarSquare’s in-house CRM and build a scalable system that can support high-volume sales operations. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of the CRM + telephony stack.Integrate Ozonetel with the in-house CRM using REST APIs, webhooks and middleware.Ensure call logs, recordings, dispositions and agent activity are captured accurately in the CRM.Configure and manage CTI, IVR, call routing, queues, campaigns, agent mapping and call journeys.Build automation for lead allocation, dialling, follow-ups, retries and meeting scheduling.Design monitoring, reconciliation, retry mechanisms and error handling for system reliability.Manage telephony and technology vendors including evaluation, commercials, contracts, SLAs, escalations and renewals.Work closely with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to deliver and scale solutions.Troubleshoot issues across API, data, application and platform layers.Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of hands-on experience across CRM, telephony and systems integration.At least 2 end-to-end CRM + telephony implementations personally delivered from architecture to production.Strong knowledge of CTI, IVR, call routing and complete call lifecycle.Hands-on experience with: REST APIsWebhooksJSONAuthenticationMiddlewareExperience integrating telephony with custom-built CRM platforms.Working knowledge of SQL and system architecture.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Experience in vendor management, commercial negotiation and stakeholder management.Ability to independently own technical problems and drive solutions end to end.Preferred Skills Experience with one or more of: Ozonetel | Exotel | Twilio | Ameyo | Knowlarity | Similar Cloud Telephony / Contact Centre Platforms Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with a strong builder mindset, technical depth, commercial understanding and high ownership.
