We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage all sales and service enquiries that come through our website, social media platforms, and online ads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming sales and service enquiries from website, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services.
Share quotations, product details, and follow up to close sales.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely order completion.
Maintain enquiry records and track order status regularly.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in identifying new leads or opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools.
Sales-oriented attitude with a focus on customer relationship building.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets for maintaining enquiry logs.
Prior experience in online sales, gifting, or service-based industries will be preferred.
