We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the solar industry to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence for our solar robotic cleaning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, technical understanding of solar projects, and proven experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar power sector (Utility-scale & C&I projects).Promote and sell solar robotic cleaning solutions to EPC companies, O&M service providers, solar developers, and plant owners.Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy) or MBA in Marketing.3–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Solar Industry.Strong understanding of solar power plants, O&M processes, and EPC business model.Experience in selling technical or industrial products preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.Strong network within the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating lead engagement plans and strategy. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.Efficient and effective lead utilisation with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals Building cross-discipline relationships in the organisation, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insights.
Skills Preferred:
Freshers Preferred (0 – 6 months in EdTech Industry)Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills (Preferably English).Ability to persuade and negotiate.Ability to work in a team.Self- motivated and able to handle pressure.Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated
Probation Period:
During the period of probation your monthly CTC will be INR 15,000 + incentives
Full – Time Employment:
Compensation Offered: Fixed CTC – INR 360,000 LPA plus a Variable CTC – INR 250,000 LPA which is uncapped as of date.
