About the Role : We are looking for an experienced LabVantage Associate with strong hands-on expertise in LabVantage (v8 and above) LIMS and related enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in life sciences, diagnostics, or regulated environments (cGMP/ISO 13485) and is passionate about designing, developing, and optimizing laboratory workflows using LabVantage. Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, test, and deploy LabVantage LIMS solutions. Translate business/process requirements into automated workflows. Collaborate on integration with ERP, MES, SDMS, and Instruments. Ensure compliance with cGMP / ISO 13485 and maintain documentation. Must Have 3-5 years hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS. Strong in Java, Groovy, AJAX, SDC Rules, J2EE, Evergreen Studio. Knowledge of LabVantage standard modules (Master Data, Batch, Sample, AQC, Instruments, System Admin) nd some specialized modules (Consumables, Stability, CAPA, Biobanking, etc.). Exposure to specialized modules (Biobanking, Stability, ELN/LES, Dashboards). Experience in Life Sciences / Diagnostics / Medical Devices domain.
