Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on payroll management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting various HR functions. This role is crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction through accurate and timely payroll processing, along with contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
Administer end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution for all employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
HR Operations:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare and submit statutory reports related to payroll and HR compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Assist in audits and collaborate with external auditors when necessary.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development initiatives.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Requirements:

Need Someone who can join immediately or with 15 days of notice period.
Female candidates preferred
Candidates from Central Line preferred.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on payroll management.
In-depth knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
