Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multilayer Blown Film Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multilayer blown film production, with expertise in plastic materials and manufacturing processes.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the production process of multilayer blown films, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of blow molding machines and equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones, utilizing knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in product development and production.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes, including blow molding and extrusion.
Experience in managing multilayer blown film production, focusing on quality and efficiency.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
