Location: Kollam, Kochi, Kannur.

Job Overview: We are seeking an Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to strategic financial planning and also to provide financial and administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meeting day-to-day accounting demands.
· Keeping cashbooks and petty cash updated regularly
· Assessment of the cash flow regularly
· Weekly updates on the payables and receivables
· Frequent communication with the clients and vendors, updating them on the payment.
· Preparing ledgers and P&L accounts
· Preparing Income statement & Balance sheets
· Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data
· Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organisation
· Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs
· Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases
· Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies discovered in the company’s financial documents
· Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures
· Make and evaluate the organisation’s year-end financial accounts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
· 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
· 1 year of Tally experience is an added advantage.
· CA Interns are also preferred.
· Must have knowledge of Zoho software.
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Pay: (based on interview performance and experience).
