Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports for management.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including petty cash, credit card expenses, and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with external accountants to ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain the company’s CRM system, including inputting customer data, managing contact lists, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve business operations.
Proficiency with accounting software (Zohobooks or Similar) and CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience working in the construction or interiors industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
