ADMIN MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes, managing workforce logistics, ensuring compliance, and supporting project execution. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Office & Administrative Operations
Oversee and optimize daily office administration to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement efficient policies, procedures, and SOPs to enhance productivity.
Manage office resources, vendor contracts, procurement, and asset tracking.
Ensure timely communication between management, clients, vendors, and site teams.
Maintain digital and physical documentation for seamless project execution.
2. Human Resources & Workforce Coordination
Supervise employee records, payroll processing, and attendance tracking.
Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Manage performance evaluations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and worker welfare policies.
3. Project & Site Administration
Coordinate document control, site reporting, and compliance tracking for construction projects.
Monitor inventory, procurement schedules, and material deliveries.
Assist project managers in contract administration, budget monitoring, and site logistics.
Maintain a systematic record of permits, licenses, and regulatory documents.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee insurance policies, risk assessment, and claims management.
Maintain contractual agreements, vendor documentation, and regulatory filings.
5. Financial & Vendor Oversight
Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Oversee vendor management, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in administrative/managerial roles within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction project coordination, site operations, and compliance.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and construction management software.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
