With 10 branches across different cities, we aim to empower professionals and job seekers with industry-relevant skills. We are on a mission to grow our revenue to Rs 100 crore with a 20% EBITDA.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions and achieving revenue targets through effective counseling and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling & Conversion:
Engage with potential students and guide them through the enrollment process.
Understand the student’s career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Address inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly revenue targets set by the management.
Consistently hit the target of 100+ dialed calls per day to prospective leads.
Convert leads into successful admissions through effective follow-ups and persuasive communication.
Lead Management:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate information.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
Provide post-enrollment support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Minimum 100+ dialed calls per day.
Conversion rate from lead to admission.
Timely and accurate CRM updates.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (edtech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
