Job Description:

Position: Art Teacher

Job Location: Bandra East, Mumbai

Brief about Aseema: Aseema Charitable Trust is a Mumbai based non-governmental organization with a mission to equip children from marginalized communities with high quality, value-based education enabling development of their limitless potential.
It works in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and is currently running three MCGM schools – The Pali Chimbai Municipal School in Bandra (West) The Pereirawadi Municipal School in Bandra (West) and The Kherwadi Municipal School in Bandra (East).

Responsibilities and Duties

To take guidance and plan projects with the Art Head
To maintain a portfolio of the artwork of the class
To organize and plan field trips to art exhibitions
To prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and evaluation forms
To teach and prepare students for Intermediate and Elementary art examinations
To monitor the progress of children by correcting books and assignments regularly
Required Experience and Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Art required
Good communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
