Job Position : Business Development Sr

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the FMCG and Medical sectors. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by implementing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG and Medical sectors.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on achievements, challenges, and forecasts.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and market conditions impacting FMCG and Medical sectors.
Assist in pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or Medical sectors.
Strong understanding of FMCG and Medical products, supply chains, and customer expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
