Full job description
We are seeking a smart and agile Legal Associate to manage contract lifecycle, enable faster deal closures, and collaborate across Business, Finance, and Legal functions in a fast-paced SaaS and Omni-commerce platform environment and international clients across multiple geographies, ensuring legal, tax, and compliance alignment for global deals. This role is ideal for candidates who understand how contracts link to revenue, commercial workflows, and compliance within a tech-driven platform ecosystem.

What will you do at Fynd ?

Contract Lifecycle Management
Draft, review, redline, and close contracts such as MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, SLAs, Partner/Vendor Agreements, and Order Forms.
Ensure legal compliance of all contracts and maintain proper documentation in contract repository tools (e.g., Hyperstart, Zoho Contracts).
Own version control, renewal tracking, and standard template updates.
Lead-to-Revenue Tracking & Deal Closure
Support end-to-end deal lifecycle from Lead Opportunity Contract Invoice Revenue Recognition.
Work closely with Business and Finance teams to align commercial and legal documentation.
Monitor delays or blockers in contract execution that may impact billing or go-live timelines.
CRM & SaaS Platform Integration
Actively use and update CRM tools such as HubSpot or Freshsales to track contract and order form status.
Ensure data consistency between CRM, contract repository, and invoicing systems.
Maintain dashboards to reflect contract closure timelines, pending approvals, and order form accuracy.
SaaS & Omni-commerce Legal Enablement
Preferred experience in SaaS platforms, Ecommerce B2B tech, or Omni-commerce platforms that handle multi-channel sales, digital payments, and product subscriptions.
Review platform terms of service, user agreements, reseller partnerships, and data privacy clauses specific to digital commerce ecosystems.
Handle platform-related escalations, payment terms, and SLA-linked agreements with brands, partners, and vendors.
Commercial Order Form Oversight
Validate commercials, payment schedules, credits, and tax structures in coordination with Finance.
Ensure timely signing of order forms and SOWs to trigger revenue realization and service delivery.
Legal Coordination & Compliance
Assist in risk assessments, audit support, and legal SOP implementation.
Coordinate with external legal counsel for complex matters or escalated disputes.
Contribute to building scalable, automation-ready legal processes.

Some Specific Requirements

LLB from a reputed institution, CS is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or commerce-driven companies.
Experience with contracting in fast-growth platform environments.

Key Tools & Systems Exposure (Preferred):
HubSpot / Freshsales (CRM)
DocuSign, ContractSafe, Zoho Contracts, Ironclad (Contract Lifecycle Tools)
Google Workspace, MS Office, JIRA
Commerce Platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built D2C stacks (preferred understanding)
