Full job description
The Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization. The role involves identifying training needs, designing effective training sessions, and using various techniques and tools to facilitate learning. The Trainer will work closely with department heads to align training with company goals and ensure employees are equipped to perform their roles efficiently.
Conduct assessments to identify training needs across departments.
Collaborate with managers and HR to gather feedback and determine required competencies.
Design and develop training content, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
Customize training programs to align with specific departmental needs and objectives.
Keep training materials up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct training for new hires, ongoing employee development, and upskilling programs.
Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
