Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Working Days: 5 days a week
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat support.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Adhere to company policies and service standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
