Full job description
1. Day Care Incharge/Teacher.
(a)Key Responsibilities.
· Oversee the daily operations of the day care center, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
· Manage the schedule of activities, meals, nap times, and other routines for children.
· Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the day care area.
· Provide age-appropriate care and engage children in activities that promote their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
· Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and creative projects based on developmental milestones.
· Observe and document children’s progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
· Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under care by following safety protocols, including emergency procedures, hygiene practices, and health policies.
· Administer basic first aid if required and ensure medical issues are reported to parents promptly.
· Address any behavioral issues in a positive, constructive, and compassionate manner.
· Plan and organize recreational, educational, and creative activities that foster curiosity, learning, and fun.
· Incorporate a variety of learning methods, including music, art, physical activities, and group play.
· Maintain accurate records of attendance, medical information, and developmental milestones for each child.
· Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic, well-rounded approach to child care and development.
(b)Qualifications & Skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in child care or as a teacher, preferably in a school or daycare setting.
· Experience working with young children (pre-school to early primary school age).
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage children’s behavior with patience and positivity.

· Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the overall growth of the school.
