Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during procedures, including extractions, fillings, root canals, and other dental treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before and after procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays as per standard guidelines.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
Handle and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment.
Provide support in dental laboratory tasks, such as making impressions and pouring models.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring and restocking dental supplies.
Offer chairside support to enhance patient comfort during procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus.
Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Basic computer skills for managing records and appointments.
