Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated F.E.A Engineer with expertise in ANSYS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced simulations, structural analysis, and providing design optimization solutions to support product development and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Finite Element Analysis:
Perform static, dynamic, thermal, and coupled-field analyses using ANSYS software.
Develop accurate F.E.A models to predict product performance under various conditions.
Simulate real-world conditions to evaluate material behavior, component stresses, deformations, and failure modes.
Model Development and Validation:
Create 2D and 3D finite element models based on CAD geometry.
Validate simulation results with experimental data and physical tests.
Design Optimization:
Propose design modifications to improve product performance and reduce costs.
Conduct optimization studies for weight reduction, structural strength, and reliability.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development.
Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations summarizing analysis results and recommendations.
Process Improvement:
Establish and refine simulation workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in F.E.A methodologies and ANSYS capabilities.
Qualifications Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ANSYS: Expertise in modules such as ANSYS Mechanical.
Strong knowledge of finite element principles, numerical methods, and material behavior.
Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, ASME,VIII,DIV I , DIV II,
Familiarity with scripting and automation in ANSYS .
Knowledge of fatigue, fracture mechanics, and thermal analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant experience in F.E.A, preferably in industries like automotive, aerospace, energy, or heavy machinery.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of additional F.E.A tools
Experience in non-linear analysis, CFD, or electromagnetics simulations.
Certifications in ANSYS or related tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
