As we continue to expand our market presence and product offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Head to lead our after-sales service operations for electric two-wheelers.

Position Overview:

Dyna group a 35+ Year old closely held family managed business entity based out of Mumbai is looking for a Financial Controller to manage financial operations and budgeting. This role is crucial in driving profitability, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial stability within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Control.
Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls.
Implement cost-saving strategies & financial policies to improve profitability.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
Accounting & Compliance.
Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance.
Ensure GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings are done timely and accurately.
Maintain financial records as per statutory regulations.
Financial Reporting & Analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Conduct variance analysis & financial performance reviews.
Provide data-driven financial insights to management for decision-making.
Cost Optimization & Business Strategy.
Work with procurement & production teams to control costs and increase margins.
Optimize pricing, inventory management & capital expenditures (CapEx & OpEx).
Identify investment & expansion opportunities to drive business growth.
Internal Controls & Risk Management.
Establish internal audit processes & fraud prevention mechanisms.
Manage banking, loans & financial risk exposure.
Team Leadership & Process Automation.
Lead & mentor the finance & accounting team.
Implement ERP systems, automation tools, and financial dashboards for better efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
