Looking For Receptionist(female) and Admission Counsellor with Good Communication Skills.
Front Office Executive Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Creating a positive first impression by welcoming guests and directing them appropriately.
Answering Phones and Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and routing them to the correct individuals or departments.
Administrative Support: Performing tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
Maintaining Office Supplies and Equipment: Ensuring the reception area is well-stocked and organized, and that office equipment is in working order.
Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Coordinating Meetings and Events: Assisting with scheduling and logistics for meetings and events.
Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensuring the reception area is secure and reporting any safety concerns.
Supporting Other Departments: Providing assistance to various departments as needed.
Admission Counsellor Key Responsibilities;
Guidance and Support: Providing comprehensive support and guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Information Provision: Offering detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.
Application Management: Assisting students with application completion, reviewing submitted materials, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Recruitment Activities: Participating in recruitment events like college fairs, high school visits, and information sessions to attract potential students.
Evaluation and Interviewing: Evaluating applications, assessing student qualifications, and conducting interviews to determine suitability for admission.
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with prospective students, their families, high school counselors, and other stakeholders.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and other relevant data.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments within the institution to streamline the admissions process and ensure a positive experience for applicants.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with current trends in college admissions, including changes in policies, procedures, and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
