Overview:

Designation: Team Leader

(New product design & Development)

Responsibilities:

Technical skills
Understanding the customer requirement
Defining the design and development process
Strong in engineering fundamentals & calculations
Knowledge on standard purchase items
Concept development for the new products
Selection of materials
Guiding junior engineers
Checking the quality of 3D CAD models and 2D drawings
Defining the tolerances and GD &T to meet the product requirements
Ensuring the quality of the design and deliveries meeting to the customer requirements and proposals
Experience of working on any one software tools like SolidWorks/Autodesk Inventor/Creo
Should check the design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) and stack up analysis of the tolerances
Project management skills
Identifying supports required for self
Defining the deliveries to the customer based on the RFQ
Planning the activities, efforts, and schedule
Monitoring and tracking the activities
Sharing the reports to delivery head on the project progress
Monitor the scope additions and escalation to delivery head
Creating the project status report on weekly basis
Presenting the project status to customer
Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Education: Master’s degree is preferred, with any Mechanical Engineering or equivalent branches ()

Experience: 7 to 8 years

Salary Bracket:

Pay: ₹900,000.00 per month
