Full job description
l Study design briefs and determine requirements

l Create required PPT themes, letterheads, id cards and other stationary keeping a common theme of the brand

l Schedule projects and define budget constraints

l Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and relate it to brand for creating a unison

l Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to management and respective stakeholders

l Work closely with sales and marketing to create brand collaterals and required other promotional items

l Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

l Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

l Work with copywriters and business heads to produce final design

l Test graphics across various media

l Amend designs after feedback and record these feedbacks for future discussions if any

l Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and Qualifications

l Proven graphic designing experience

l A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

l Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Coral Draw)

l A keen eye for aesthetics and details

l Excellent communication skills

l Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

l Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
